Easter edible centerpiece!!

One of my favorite centerpieces by far! I have been dying to do a tutorial on how to get the carrots floating in a vase. I took it one step farther and made the entire centerpiece out of vegetables and herbs. Technically all edible but once it touches the oasis in the center...you will not want to eat it. Oasis is amazing for florals but it IS toxic. I’m very careful around my toddler when using it.

My favorite thing about this is the onions. I sewed them onto a wire to create the hanging effect. Here is our creation!!

1. Wedding Planners make your vision come to life!
We will fight to make sure your ideas are executed. Some vendors are stretched too thin or have multiple events in a day. A planner is there for you and you alone on your special day!

2. Time
Have you ever seen those long posts with checklists that never end? A planner is your personal checklist. We take care of minor details and make sure you stay on time with the big items that need to be completed...on schedule! 
3. BUDGET!
A wedding planner knows where to spend the most money based on what has more impact. Some detail are too important to a bride and groom and have to be a part of the day. For all those other questionable decisions, a wedding planner can help guide you. We are experts in our field for a reason.

4. Stress-Free
A wedding planner can easily be bothered with last minute questions from all the vendors. Even down to the hours before a wedding! If a florist has a quick question, no way will she want to bother a bride on her big day. 
5. DISCOUNTS
Seems funny to be spending money on a planner to get a discount but it works! Many times planners work with vendors so often that they get a better price. Most planners offer up the discount but if not, be sure to ask!

6. Ceremony to Reception
Some venues require some heavy lifting. I recently had a bride call because she was going to try and move 100+ chairs from her ceremony to the reception. No one wants to be folding and moving chairs on their special day. This is something even a day-of coordinator is able to handle last minute. 
7. Wedding Planners work well with venue coordinators
I love working with venue coordinators. Some brides are fine with the on site coordinators and do not need a wedding planner. That may be true for some venues but remember that the person on site is coordinating details like the catering staff, food, drinks, etc. There will be little focus on helping you with all the small details that day. Especially if something comes up last minute. Again a day-of coordinator would be a great option! 
8. Family Dynamics
This can be anything from tricky picture taking to seating arrangements and more! There are a lot of personalities at a wedding and sometimes the big day can bring out the best or the worst...naturally. A wedding planner is a great source to go to for that "final say."

9. Things Go Wrong
As much as we plan, human error is always a factor. Even my own wedding I remember the ice sculpture that we dwelled on was incorrect. Such a minor detail but when you plan and plan it's the last thing you want to deal with on your big day. My amazing wedding planner came to the rescue and found a solution quickly. Fire...out. 
10. Enjoy your DAY!
This is the big day and you have done so much planning to get here. It's really important to enjoy your wedding. I cannot stress this one enough. Relax and enjoy! That's why you have your wedding planner!
